Everyone, who holds a license for working with pharmaceutical product, can order from us. A collaboration with a representative is only possible, if the end-customer, who receives the delivery, holds a license.

The delivery and payment terms are based on the Incoterms 2010. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver ex works Siegburg (Germany). For new customers we only accept advance payment. For our long-term customers with a reliable payment past, the payment terms are negotiable.
If you wish we can arrange the shipment for you. Through our long-standing collaboration with international freight forwarders and express services, we are able to offer you best prices and fast transport routes.
The customs clearance in Germany is part of our service and is handled by us in each consignment.
Generics products are imitate brand-name products. They are offered by different manufacturers, when the patent of the original brand expires. The generic producers have no major research efforts, they are able to offer the generic product for a cheaper price. In addition, the generic medicines have the same active ingredients and work the same way as their brand-name counterparts.
Products that do not come from the EU, are subject of customs supervision and we are not allowed to store them. They must be kept in the customs warehouse until they are forwarded to the named place. These kind of products are approved in the manufacturing country (e.g. USA), but they do not have the European authorization.
Branded drugs which are produced in Germany and then sold and delivered to a foreign countries and finally imported back, called re-exports.
Pharmaceutical companies and manufacturer place their products in Germany as well as in other European countries. For each EU country, a pharmaceutical company owns a permission to sell a certain drug.
Parallel importers are those independent companies who buy those drugs in another European countries and import them to Germany to sell them parallel to the original manufacturer. Thus, the different prices of the different European countries are the main reason for parallel imports.
Drugs that are permitted outside the EU are not allowed to be imported parallel. They fall under the T1 EU regulations.
